Heaven in a glass thanks to its indulgent mix of sea salt caramel syrup, strawberry puree, milk and vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Sea Salt Caramel Syrup; 15ml Mathieu Teisseire Strawberry Puree; 120ml Milk; 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

Garnish
Ice, Whipped Cream, Strawberry Puree, Sea Salt, Macaroons

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously.

  2. Pour into handled jar over ice cubes
  3. Garnish with whipped cream, drizzle strawberry puree as well as sea salt with two macaroons on top.
