Summer ready, thanks to its fresh mix of hibiscus syrup, watermelon juice, fresh lime juice, mint leaves and soda water.

Ingredients

30ml Mathieu Teisseire Hibiscus Syrup; 150ml Watermelon Juice; 10ml fresh Lime Juice; Handful Mint Leaves; Splash Soda Water

Garnish
Mint Leaves, Watermelon Slice

Method

  1. Crush mint leaves in a glass.

  2. Combine all other ingredients.
  3. Stir well to infuse the flavours.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves and watermelon slice.
