French Muddle

The French Muddle is deliciously simple. With a base liquor of gin, simply add anise syrup, vanilla syrup, soda water and a slice of lemon.

Ingredients

5ml Mathieu Teisseire Anise Syrup; 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Vanilla Syrup; 40ml Gin; 2 pieces of Lemon or pineapple Soda Water

Garnish
Ice

Method

  1. Muddle lemon with syrups in a tumbler glass.

  2. Fill with ice cubes.
  3. Pour gin over and top with soda water.
  4. Stir well to infuse the flavours.
