A delicate and fruity low ABV serve with the delightful combination of Mathieu Teisseire's Zero Sugar Pink Grapefruit Syrup, enchanting elderflower liqueur, succulent white peach and jasmine soda, and a hint of sea salt. A truly refreshing concoction that will elevate your drinking experience.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Teisseire Pink Grapefruit 0% Syrup
25ml Elderflower Liqueur
100ml White Peach & Jasmine Soda
Pinch Sea Salt

Garnish

Grapefruit Slice.

Method

  1. Add Grapefruit Syrup, Elderflower Liqueur and pinch of salt to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
  2. Strain into a Collins glass over ice and top with White Peach and Jasmine Soda.
  3. Garnish with Lavendar Sprig and Grapefruit Slice.
