INGREDIENTS

50ml Vodka (Remove Vodka for non-alcoholic version)
12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Ginger Syrup
12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Caramel Syrup
50ml Coldbrew espresso (or 25ml Fresh Espresso)

Garnish

Mini gingerbread man and a dusting of cinnamon.

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker full of ice.
  2. Shake to mix, strain into a chilled coupe.
  3. Garnish and serve.
