- 40ml Vodka
- 40ml Apple Juice
- 2 pieces Lime
- 1 piece Orange or caramelised Lemon

Method
- 1 Muddle fruits and syrup together in a tumbler glass.
- 2 Add other ingredients and fill with ice.
