Ingredients
- 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Pistachio Syrup
- 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Coconut Syrup
- 30g Vanilla Powder
- 80ml Pineapple Juice
- 10ml fresh Lime Juice
Garnish
Ice, whipped Cream, crushed Pistachio Nuts

Method
- 1 Place all ingredients, including ice, into a blender cup. Blend until smooth.
- 2 Place the mix into a highball glass.
- 3 Garnish with whipped cream and crushed pistachio nuts.
