  • 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Pistachio Syrup
  • 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Coconut Syrup
  • 30g Vanilla Powder
  • 80ml Pineapple Juice
  • 10ml fresh Lime Juice

Garnish

Ice, whipped Cream, crushed Pistachio Nuts

Method

  1. 1 Place all ingredients, including ice, into a blender cup. Blend until smooth.
  2. 2 Place the mix into a highball glass.
  3. 3 Garnish with whipped cream and crushed pistachio nuts.
