Mojito, Earl Grey and Thyme iced tea

• 25ml Mathieu Teisseire Mojito Syrup
• 150ml Sparkling earl grey tea infused with thyme
• 20ml Lime Juice

Dried edible flowers and lime.

Highball

1. 1 Infuse thyme and earl grey into water.
2. 2 Add 25ml of the infused water, 25ml of mojito syrup and 20ml of lime juice into the glass.
3. 3 Top with soda water.
4. 4 Stir and add garnish.
