Ingredients

10ml Mathieu Teisseire Green Chilli Pepper Syrup; 30ml Grapefruit juice; 40ml White tequila; Top up Grapefruit soda

Garnish
Grapefruit zest

Method

  1. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the syrup, 30ml of grapefruit juice and tequila.

  2. Stir well.
  3. Top with remaining grapefruit soda.
  4. Garnish and serve.
