Hibiscus Colada

This white rum-based treat is made with hibiscus syrup, pineapple juice, non-dairy coconut cream and a dash of fresh lime juice.

Ingredients

30ml Mathieu Teisseire Hibiscus Syrup; 80ml Pineapple Juice; 30ml White Rum; 10ml fresh Lime Juice; 40ml non-dairy Coconut Cream

Garnish
Ice, Lemon wheel

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker.

  2. Add ice cubes and shake well until coconut cream is combined and smooth.
  3. Pour into a hurricane glass.
  4. Garnish with lemon wheel and serve.
