Hawaii Islay

A taste of paradise. It's made with islay or other peated malt, vanilla syrup, hibiscus infused soda water and garnished with a vanilla pod, flower or lime peel.

Ingredients

25ml Mathieu Teisseire Vanilla Syrup; 35ml Islay or any other peated Malt; To Taste Hibiscus infused Soda Water

Garnish
Vanilla Pod, Vanilla Flower or Lime Peel

Method

  1. Pour whiskey into a tumbler glass.

  2. Add syrup.
  3. Then add ice cubes and top up with hibiscus soda water.
  4. Slowly stir and serve.
