Caribbean Frappe

Add a Caribbean touch to your menu with this frappe, made with rum syrup, vanilla syrup, espresso and milk.

Ingredients

10ml Mathieu Teisseire Rhum Syrup; 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Vanilla Syrup; 1 shot Espresso; 70ml Milk

Garnish
Ice

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients in a mix tin and add ice cubes.

  2. Spindle mix for 10 seconds.
  3. Pour into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
