Ricardo has travelled far and wide to hone his craft. Starting young, he’s picked up numerous culinary and hospitality qualifications in both Sydney and Bogota, then graduating as a sommelier back home in Brazil.
As a Brand Ambassador for Mathieu Teisseire in Brazil, Ricardo loves the opportunity it affords him to interact with new people and educate them on a subject that he is truly passionate about. He’s currently based in Sao Paolo, and he loves to stay on top of the constantly evolving trends in the city, such as flavoured foams and non-alcoholic cocktails.
