27-year-old Brady is a multi-award-winning latte art barista, having competed in over 30 championships in both his home country of Malaysia and internationally, as well as being invited to be a judge.

Interviewed numerous times by the Malaysian press, he currently offers professional latte art and mixology courses in addition to overseeing the beverage division’s central, southern and northern regions.

He is an expert recipe creator and loves coming up with new ideas using Mathieu Teisseire syrups and purees for the fast-growing Malaysian coffee shop market.
