INGREDIENTS

10ml Mathieu Teisseire Cucumber Syrup
25ml Tanqueray gin
70ml sparkling wine
Top up with London Essence bitter orange & elderflower tonic

Garnish

Cucumber ribbon on a bamboo cocktail stick

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a tall glass full with ice.
  2. Stir gently to mix.
  3. Garnish and serve.
