Aromatic London Dry Gin and fragrant cucumber syrup served long with dry sparkling wine and bitter orange and elderflower tonic.

INGREDIENTS

10ml Mathieu Teisseire Cucumber Syrup
25ml Tanqueray gin
70ml sparkling wine
Top up with London Essence bitter orange & elderflower tonic

Garnish

Cucumber ribbon on a bamboo cocktail stick

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a tall glass full with ice.
  2. Stir gently to mix.
  3. Garnish and serve.
