Very Fresh Soda

The bold, juicy flavour of Mathieu Teisseire Blackcurrant Syrup served with fresh lemon and infused with a hint of aromatic fresh mint. Add a measure of premium gin for an alcoholic twist!

Serve 19 House Hard Soda Seul Vjanv 1 (1)

INGREDIENTS

15ml Mathieu Teisseire Blackcurrant Syrup
5ml Mathieu Teisseire Iced Mint Syrup
10ml Lemon juice
Top up with Mint sparkling water (infused 10g mint in 50cl fresh water, carbonate after straining)
30ml Gin (for alcoholic version)

Garnish

Lemon zest and fresh mint sprig

Method

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Garnish and serve.
