INGREDIENTS

10ml Mathieu Teisseire Green Chili Pepper Syrup
30ml Mathieu Teisseire Passionfruit Puree
5ml orange blossom water
15ml lime juice
100ml aloe vera juice

Garnish

Jalapeno slice and passionfruit

Method

  1. Muddle a slice of fresh jalapeno in a cocktail shaker, add ice, add the remaining ingredients and shake vigorously.
  2. Double strain into a highball glass full with crushed ice.
  3. Garnish and serve.
