Sea Salt Caramel & Berry Macaroon Frappe

Ingredients

  • 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Sea Salt Caramel Syrup
  • 15ml Mathieu Teisseire Strawberry Puree
  • 120ml Milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

Garnish

Ice, Whipped Cream, Strawberry Puree, Sea Salt, Macaroons

Method

  1. 1 Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously.
  2. 2 Pour into handled jar over ice cubes
  3. 3 Garnish with whipped cream, drizzle strawberry puree as well as sea salt with two macaroons on top.
