INGREDIENTS

10ml Mathieu Teisseire Blueberry Syrup
5ml Mathieu Teisseire Rosemary Syrup
100ml sparkling wine

Garnish

Spring of rosemary

Method

  1. Add the syrups to a Champagne flute, top with sparkling wine and gently stir to mix.
  2. Garnish & serve
