INGREDIENTS

50ml Bourbon (Replace Bourbon with Seedlip Spice for non-alcoholic version)
25ml Lemon Juice
12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Honey Syrup
12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Raspberry Syrup
2 Dashes Miracle foamer

Garnish

Dehydrated raspberry powder dusted across crema on top of the serve.

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake to mix.
  3. Strain into an old- fashioned glass full of ice, garnish and serve.
