Ingredients

  • 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Pink Grapefruit and Lychee Syrup

  • 120m White tea
  • 2 piece of Lychee fruit from can
  • 1 Slice grapefruit
  • Handful Tapioca bob

Garnish

Mint leaves

Method

  1. 1

    Add the lychees and the slice of pink grapefruit to a highball glass and gently muddle to extract the juice and release the flavour.

    Add the boba and fill the glass with ice.
  3. 3
    Add the Mathieu Teisseire Pink Grapefruit and Lychee Syrup and white tea and stir gently to mix.
  4. 4
    Garnish and serve.
