A subtle and sophisticated twist on a classic Bellini blending the intense and succulent taste of perfectly ripe peaches in Mathieu Teisseire Remix Peach & Cardamom Cordial with a subtle hint of Calvados and the crisp, dry fizz of chilled Champagne.

INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Remix Peach & Cardamom Cordial
10ml Calvados
Top up Champagne

Garnish

Mix of spices and gold cocktail dust

Method

  1. Paint a brush stroke of syrup onto the glass, dip into spices and gold cocktail dust.
  2. Add all ingredients into glass.
  3. Stir well to infuse flavours.
  4. Garnish and serve.
