Aromatic Watermelon Soda

A fruity, bubbly blend of Mathieu Teisseire Watermelon Syrup and zesty fresh lemon, with sparkling water and a hint of aromatic anise. Add a shot of tequila for a spirited twist!

INGREDIENTS

10ml Mathieu Teisseire Watermelon Syrup
5ml Mathieu Teisseire Anise Syrup
10ml Lemon juice
Top up with Sparkling water
30ml Tequila (for alcoholic version)

Garnish

Watermelon slice

Method

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Garnish and serve.
