APERITIVO

Whilst on our World Drink Adventures, this collection is inspired by Italian culture and rituals. The Aperitivo culture is on the rise, as more consumers opt for a spritz-style cocktail as they are perceived as having ‘light’ and ‘low’ credentials.

RECIPES IN THIS COLLECTION

For starters

An aperitivo is a pre-meal drink designed to whet the appetite of guests and encourage their dwell time in the outlet, whilst maximising their spending. Summer serves are often used to take consumers on a journey of escapism and exploration. Aperitivo serves not only adds to the authenticity of that experience, but it can also make any menu more appealing and memorable to customers.
