INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Lemon Syrup
10ml Mathieu Teisseire Apple Syrup
140ml Hot Water
5 Mint Leaves
4 Apple Slices

Garnish

Apple Fan, Mint Sprig

Method

  1. Combine ingredients in a cup.
  2. Stir well to infuse the flavours.
  3. Garnish and serve.
