Our Lavender Sonic will refresh and delight, made with lavender syrup, yuzu syrup, soda and tonic water.

INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Lavender Syrup
10ml Mathieu Teisseire Yuzu Syrup
80ml Soda Water
800ml Tonic Water
1 Lavender Sprig

Garnish

Ice, Fresh lime

Method

  1. Pour the syrups, over soda water and tonic water in a highball glass filled with ice.
  2. Add in the lavender sprig and stir, letting the flavours infuse.
  3. Garnish with fresh lime disk
