Telis is a world-renowned bartender and mixologist with over 30 years’ experience at the highest level. In fact, his career has seen him accomplish some of the highest accolades in the industry, including being crowned “World’s Best Bartender” in 2009.

Today, he is the Co-Owner of Soulshakers Bar services, a bartending school, as well as Brand Ambassador for Mathieu Teisseire in Greece. The country has seen a growing trend for minimalistic drinks and low and no alcohol cocktails, and he uses the broad range of Mathieu Teisseire flavours to create cocktail menus accordingly.
