• 50ml Vodka
• 25ml Fresh Espresso
• 12.5ml Chocolate Praline Syrup
• 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

Grated dark chocolate rim and on top.

1. 1 Place the vodka, espresso and syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake hard to mix.
2. 2 Place a ball of vanilla ice cream in a pre-prepared coupe glass with a grated dark chocolate rim and strain the cocktail around the ball of vanilla ice cream so it protrudes above the liquid.
