- 15ml Mathieu Teisseire Rose Syrup
- 30ml Amaro bitter
- 25ml Mastiha liqueur
- 2 dashes soulshakers clementine bitters
- 50ml Prosecco
- Top up London Essence pink grapefruit soda

Method
- 1 Add all the ingredients to a tall glass full with ice.
- 2 Stir gently to mix.
- 3 Garnish and serve.
