Amalfi Sunset Tangerine Aperitivo

• 20 ml de sirop de mandarine Mathieu Teisseire
• 40 ml d’Aperol (pour une version sans alcool, utiliser le sirop Italian Rosso Mathieu Teisseire)
• 15 ml de jus de citron
• 15 ml de Cointreau ( liqueur d'
• orange)

Coupé

1. 1 Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
2. 2 Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish.
3. 3 For a non-acholic alternative replace the Aperol with a non-alcoholic Aperitivo such as Crodino or 0% spirit and replace the Cointreau with orange juice from concentrate.
