Pistachio, Honey & Oat Highball
Ingredients
- 50ml Vanilla Vodka
- 12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Honey Syrup
- 12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Pistachio Syrup
- 150-250ml Oat Milk *scale to glassware size
Garnish
Pistachio stripe on outside of the glass.

Method
- 1 Paint a line, using pistachio syrup, down the side of a highball glass and sprinkle on crushed pistachio pieces.
- 2 Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker full with ice, shake to mix.
- 3 Chill and dilute. strain into the pre-prepared small highball glass (with no ice).
- 4 Garnish and serve.
