- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 12.5ml Pear Syrup
- 12.5ml Cinnamon Syrup
- 50ml Apple Juice
- 150ml Boiling Water
Garnish
Pear slice dusted with cinnamon.

Méthode
- 1 Place all the ingredients into a pre-warmed heatproof glass. Stir to mix.
- 2 Garnish and serve.
- 3 To make it non-alcoholic, replace the whisky with Seedlip Spice to provide complex flavours.
