  • 50ml Whisky
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 12.5ml Pear Syrup
  • 12.5ml Cinnamon Syrup
  • 50ml Apple Juice
  • 150ml Boiling Water

Garnish

Pear slice dusted with cinnamon.

Méthode

  1. 1 Place all the ingredients into a pre-warmed heatproof glass. Stir to mix.
  2. 2 Garnish and serve.
  3. 3 To make it non-alcoholic, replace the whisky with Seedlip Spice to provide complex flavours.
