Rosemary Irish Coffee
Ingredients
- 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Rosemary Syrup
- 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Cane Sugar Syrup
- 180ml Brewed Coffee
- 60ml Double Cream

Method
- 1 Build syrups and coffee in a heatproof stemmed glass.
- 2 Poor cream into shaker and shake until lightly whipped.
- 3 Layer on top of coffee to garnish as a float.
