Ingredients
- 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Rosemary Syrup
- 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Green Apple Syrup
- 10ml fresh Lime Juice
- 5 Basil Leaves
- 40ml Coconut Water
- Tonic Water To Taste
Garnish
Ice, Basil Leaves

Tumbler
Method
- 1 Muddle syrups, juice, leaves and coconut water and shake.
- 2 Pour into a tumbler, adding soda water to taste.
- 3 Garnish with basil leaves.
