Honey Almond Latte
Ingredients
- 12.5ml Honey Syrup
- 12.5ml Orgeat Syrup
- 30ml Espresso
- 175ml Steamed Milk (French Glass)
- 125ml Steamed Milk (Latte Glass)
Garnish
Crumbled toasted almonds sprinkled across surface, piece of honeycomb/chocolate honeycomb as a side serves.

Method
- 1 Pull an espresso and add to a pre-warmed glass.
- 2 Add the syrup and milk to a coffee jug and steam to heat and texturise.
- 3 Top the espresso with steamed milk, garnish and serve.
