A twist on a familiar classic which features almond syrup, rum, pineapple juice and fresh cream.

Ingredients

25ml Mathieu Teisseire Almond Syrup; 35ml Rum; 70ml Pineapple Juice; 20ml Fresh Cream

Garnish
Ice

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients into a blender cup.

  2. Fill with ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into a highball glass.
