Coconut Daiquri
Ingredients
- 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Coconut puree
- 5ml Mathieu Teisseire Okinawa Black Sugar Syrup
- 20ml Fresh lime juice
- 50ml White rum
Garnish
Dehydrated lime wheel
Glass
Martini
Method
- 1 Pour all ingredients into a shaker and shake once without ice.
- 2 Add ice to shaker and shake once more.
- 3 Strain into glass.
- 4 Garnish and serve.
