Brazilian spirit cachaça is the base to this delicious cocktail, which also features coconut syrup, pineapple juice and fresh cream.

Ingredients

30ml Mathieu Teisseire Coconut Syrup; 30ml Cachaça; 50ml Pineapple Juice; 15ml Fresh Cream

Garnish

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients into a blender cup and fill with ice cubes.

  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a highball glass.
