25ml Mathieu Teisseire Chestnut Syrup; 150ml Bitter Hot Chocolate; To Taste Whipped Cream

Method

Pour chestnut syrup into a latte glass.
Steam chocolate with whipped cream.
Pour foamed chocolate over syrup.
Top with marshmallows.
