Mandarin Mint Julep

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Bourbon
  • 25 ml Mathieu Teisseire Sirup Mandarine
  • 8 frische Minzblätter
  • 50 ml Sodawasser

Garnish

Pfefferminzzweig (gebündelt) und gefächerte Mandarinenscheiben.

Method

  1. 1 Place all the ingredients into a Julep Cup with a scoop of crushed ice and churn to mix through and dilute.
  2. 2 Cap with more crushed ice so it sits proud of the rim and garnish with a bunch of mint sprigs and fanned Mandarin slices.
  3. 3 Serve with a sustainable (steel or bamboo) straw.
