- 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Cucumber Syrup
- 40ml Light Rum
- Lemonade To taste
- ¬Ω Kiwi

Method
- 1 Muddle kiwi with cucumber syrup in a highball, and cover with crushed ice.
- 2 Add rum.
- 3 Top up with lemonade.
