- 15ml Mathieu Teisseire Almond Syrup
- 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Cherry Syrup
- 1 shot Espresso
- 150ml Milk

Method
- 1 Pour an espresso into a large cup and stir in the syrups and put aside.
- 2 Steam milk until velvet texture.
- 3 Pour milk over coffee.
- 4 Garnish with cherry.
