Ingredients
- 15 ml Cookie Syrup Mathieu Teisseire
- 5 ml Caramel Sauce Mathieu Teisseire (optional)
- 100 ml Steamed milk
- 1 Espresso

Method
- 1 Pour the Mathieu Teisseire Cookie syrup and the espresso into the cup.
- 2 Steam the milk with the steam wand until it becomes foamy and textured.
- 3 Pour the hot milk into the cup, then finish with a drizzle of Mathieu Teisseire Caramel sauce.
- 4 Garnish with mini cookies.
