Chili powder swirl, lime wedge and red chilli pepper

   Prepare the glass by painting with syrup, the swirl and adhering the chilli powder.

   Smash the chilli in a mixing glass, add lemon juice and ginger syrup, and shake.

   Strain into the glass filled with ice, before topping with sparkling water.

   Garnish and serve.
