- 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Okinawa Black Sugar Syrup
- 50ml Milk
- 50ml Cream Cheese
- 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream.
Garnish
Ice, Cheese Cream foam, crushed Cheese Biscuit
Glass
Highball
Method
- 1 Put all ingredients into a blender with ice and blend until really smooth.
- 2 Garnish with whipped cream and crushed cheese biscuit
