A latte with a sweet twist. Our Cotton Candy Latte is made with cotton candy syrup, espresso and milk.

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Cotton Candy Syrup; 30ml Espresso; 180ml Milk

Method

  1. Pour syrup into a latte glass and put aside.

  2. Steam milk until frothy and pour over syrup.
  3. Pour coffee over mix.
  4. Garnish with cotton candy and serve.
