Ingredients
- 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Cotton Candy Syrup
- 30ml Espresso
- 180ml Milk

Method
- 1 Pour syrup into a latte glass and put aside.
- 2 Steam milk until frothy and pour over syrup.
- 3 Pour coffee over mix.
- 4 Garnish with cotton candy and serve.
