Botanist Sparkler

Light up your menu with our Botanist Sparkler. It's made with rosemary syrup, green apple syrup, fresh lime juice, basil leaves, coconut water and tonic water.

Ingredients

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Rosemary Syrup; 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Green Apple Syrup; 10ml fresh Lime Juice; 5 Basil Leaves; 40ml Coconut Water; Tonic Water To Taste

Garnish
Ice, Basil Leaves

Method

  1. Muddle syrups, juice, leaves and coconut water and shake.

  2. Pour into a tumbler, adding soda water to taste.
  3. Garnish with basil leaves.
