Ingredients

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Rosemary Syrup; 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Green Apple Syrup; 10ml fresh Lime Juice; 5 Basil Leaves; 40ml Coconut Water; Tonic Water To Taste

Garnish
Ice, Basil Leaves

Method

Muddle syrups, juice, leaves and coconut water and shake.
Pour into a tumbler, adding soda water to taste.
Garnish with basil leaves.
