• 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Italian Rosso
• 15ml Mathieu Teisseire London dry
• 40ml non alcoholic red wine infused with Pomegranate
• Ice

1. 1 Red Wine & Pomegranate: Infuse 50 cl of non-alcoholic red wine with 15 g of pomegranate. Let rest for 1 hour, then fine strain.
2. 2 Fill the glass with ice and add all ingredients.
3. 3 Stir well to combine and infuse the flavours, garnish and serve.
