Ingredients
- 40ml Mathieu Teisseire London Dry
- 5ml Mathieu Teisseire Basil syrup
- 10ml Lemon juice
- 30ml grapefruit juice
- 60ml Coconut milk
- pinch of salt
- 5 ice cubes.
Garnish
Lemon wheel and Basil leaf
Glass
Highball
Method
- 1 Add all ingredients to a blender with ice. Blend until smooth and well combined.
- 2 Pour into a glass.
- 3 Garnish and serve.
