Vino and Cucumber

• 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Cucumber Syrup
• 25ml Tanqueray gin
• 70ml sparkling wine
• Top up with London Essence bitter orange &
• elderflower tonic

1. 1 Add all the ingredients to a tall glass full with ice.
2. 2 Stir gently to mix.
